Your Order
We pack carefully to help avoid any issues. Please inspect the parcel on arrival. If you see any transit damage, mark the delivery note ‘Parcel Damaged’ before signing. Some
deliveries may include more than one parcel.
Any shortages, discrepancies or damages must be notified to us within three days of receipt. If your parcel does not arrive then we have to establish our claim with the courier concerned before we can send a replacement consignment.
Surcharged units are to be returned within 30 days to allow us to re-manufacture for other customers.
Our minimum postage charge reflects our cost of processing, picking, packing, and despatching your order and may sometimes appear disproportionate to an order of very low value. Shipping charges for oversize parcels within or outside of the UK may not be accurately displayed by our system.
United Kingdom
Available for all residential and business customers who place orders by web, telephone & email.
We utilise Royal Mail’s First Class post service, Parcel Force or DHL depending upon size, weight, and urgency. Larger domestic orders are sent via Pallex Couriers.
We aim to despatch all standard UK orders within 1-3 working days of receipt, subject to stock availability and payment being received. Orders containing items that are advertised as “available to order”, or are temporarily out of stock will take longer, depending on stock availability from our suppliers.
The majority of UK orders are delivered within 1-3 working days from despatch (guide below). Certain offshore, remote Scottish Highland and Northern Ireland destinations may take longer. Bulky and very heavy items may also take longer.
If you require your parts urgently, a UK mainland next working day express option is available for orders placed by 1 pm. You can also choose to have your order sent to an alternative work address or direct to your mechanic. Please indicate any special delivery requirements in the ‘Order Notes’ box prior to completing your order.
All orders sent by courier or Royal Mail Special Delivery will require a signature on delivery. We will send you an order despatch confirmation email and tracking number provided we have your email address.
Order tracking is not available for Royal Mail First Class post deliveries, so please wait a full 3-5 working days for your order to arrive. Royal Mail will only accept claims for loss after 10 working days from due date on First Class post and 5 working days on Special Delivery items.

European Countries
Available for all residential and business customers who place orders by web, telephone & email.
Our door to door Delivered at Place (DAP) delivery service only charges you for the cost of parts and shipping and excludes UK and EU VAT, any duty or customs clearance fees. The courier collects the additional costs from you prior to delivery and will handle all customs formalities.
- All prices shown on our website include UK VAT at 20%.
- A commercial invoice (ex VAT) will be included with your order.
- A brokerage fee is calculated and charged by the courier per consignment.
- EU businesses will need to provide us with an EORI number upon placing an order.

To keep shipping charges as low as possible, we may hold orders until all stock is available to ship as one consignment.
Delivery times are dependent on location and the delivery method selected (guide below). Bulky and very heavy items may take longer. All orders sent by Courier will require a signature on delivery. You can choose to have your order sent to an alternative work address or direct to your mechanic. We will send you an order despatch confirmation email and tracking number providing we have your email address.
Shipping charges are based on weight and volume and include packaging & handling. Our system estimates the shipping charge based only on the weight of the goods. For orders that include oversize or bulky parts an additional shipping charge maybe incurred. This cannot be calculated until the order is packed, measured and weighed. If the volumetric weight exceeds the physical weight we will notify you by email of the extra cost to complete the order.
