Order Cancellation

If you have made an error with your order please request a cancellation. If you have an account you can log in and cancel before the order is processed. If the option is not visible or you do not have an account then email qrg@scimitarparts.com with your order number advising of your wish to cancel. We are unable to cancel any orders that have been dispatched.

Returns

Any goods incorrectly supplied or defective will be exchanged or refunded. Items can only be returned in their original unused condition within 30 days. A Returns Form must be completed and included with your parcel for us to process your return.

International Customers MUST state the following to avoid paying unnecessary charges; RETURNED GOODS UNDER WARRANTY NO DUTY and include the returns code CPC 61 23 F01

Surcharge on Re-conditioned & Exchange Units

A surcharge has been applied to re-conditioned & exchange units. This surcharge is refunded after we receive your old unit providing it is suitable for re-conditioning. Old units must be complete, clean, and drained of any oil. Dirty items may be subject to a £5.00 cleaning charge. Don’t forget to include the Returns Form.

Warranty Claims

In the unlikely event that a part proves to be faulty, you will need to supply the invoice number covering its purchase and the item must be returned along with a Returns Form so we may confirm the fault. All new parts carry a 12-month manufacturer’s warranty, subject to their terms and conditions. The 12-month manufacturer’s warranty commences on the date on which it is invoiced by QRG, not its installation.

The warranty covers the cost of the part only and does not extend to cover labour, recovery, car hire, or any other consequential or associated costs. The warranty does not cover parts that have been incorrectly installed, altered, modified, or used in any form of racing, rallying, or competition.

Acceptance of goods is regarded as acceptance of these terms. The warranties are in addition to your statutory consumer rights.
